Rosemary is well known as an investigator and dispute resolver who operates a business in Canberra, ACT providing investigation and dispute resolution services to government departments, private companies, and not for profit organisations.
She has seventeen years experience undertaking investigations into Code of Conduct complaints, Reviews of Actions and claims of discrimination including bullying ad harassment.
Clients include DEEWR, CSIRO, National Museum of Australia, Australian National Audit Office, Australian Taxation Office and RailCorp.
Engaged as consultant to provide advice and strategies to employers to resolve people management problems over a wide range of areas including under performance, conflict, discrimination and industrial relations.
Special expertise in the area of discrimination including providing Contact Officer Training and general workshops on Discrimination (including bullying and harassment) to clients such as the ACCC.
Experience in dispute resolution includes the mediation of very complex industrial relation and commercial disputes. Special expertise in the field of worker’s compensation including seven years experience as a Tribunal appointed Arbitrator working for the NSW Workers Compensation Commission. Currently empanelled with the ACT Supreme Court as a mediator.
